As specified in this proposal, 1500 ODG will be distributed to incentivize OD usage on the Credit Guild.

This proposal transfers 1500 ODG to a 2/2 multisig with Open Dollar founder Joseph and Credit Guild founder Kirk.

The co-incentives pilot program will take place over two four week epochs, the first epoch will begin on Friday, June 14. 750 ODG will be distributed to lenders of OD following the end of each epoch, along with a match of 111500 GUILD tokens. Distribution will be calculated based on a user's average % of total OD deposits on the Credit Guild over the course of the epoch. This matching is on top of the existing GUILD rewards rate for Credit Guild users which is weighted by utilization.

The Credit Guild team will provide the distribution script as a queued transaction to the Incentives Distributor Multisig, which the Open Dollar team can validate before executing.
